Where does our fiber go?

We sell our fiber to our sister company The North American Suri Company

We started The North American Suri Company in 2011 to address the lack of a cash outlet for Suri growers' fleece clips and also to make markets for this little known fiber. Over time, that model has adapted to the needs of the Suri community. Today, The North American Suri Company

- Sells its own products in our retail store on site. These products are made from our Suri fiber or from the fiber pools we facilitate.

- Facilitates fiber pool collections to make commercial quality products for groups of participating Suri farms that they carry in their own stores, and

- As orders come in from commercial customers, we do fiber calls to farms and pay cash.

The North American Suri Company only works with Suri, but if you end up with Suris and have an interest in carrying commercial grade products in your farm store using your own fiber, or have an interest in selling fiber for cash, feel free to reach out to us.
